I miss Descendants of Darkness (Yami no Matsuei) so much >_<  Not necessarily the anime, but the manga.  The manga was so insanely pretty *_*  Although it’s apparently off its hiatus now…?  And Yoko Matsushita’s art style has also apparently undergone a massive change .___.  I saw some of the new art and was just… o____o;;;  … My brain broke.  I really miss her old style of drawing.

Is she finally doing regular updates? Her style has changed SO MUCH ugh. I like her old style better too :<

If the chatter on Tumblr is correct, then the series has already resumed serialization in Japan (wikipedia says that it resumed serialization back in September 2011); however, there hasn’t been any word as to whether VIZ is going to continue publishing volumes in the US.

I remember hearing that Matsushita had hurt her hand really badly, and that was part of the reason she had to put the series on hiatus… but I also remember hearing something about her having a dispute with her publisher… so… >O>  I think the drastic style change was partly due to the injury to her hand, though.  But I still miss the old style.  It was so insanely detailed *_*
